DELIVERY
Your order should be dispatched within 3 days upon receipt of payment. However certain items may be out of stock ( Please e-mail for stock availability prior to placing an order ) and have to be ordered in directly from the manufacturer in which case it could take up to 28 days. We will in any case contact you to advise you of any delays if they do occur.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your items you may return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it has not been worn/used and are still within their original packaging.
To return goods under this guarantee please notify us by e-mail clearly indicating your Order Item. Once the goods have been inspected and the contents verified a refund will be made - Insha'Allah.

The cost of returning the unwanted item is paid for by the customer

HOW WILL ANY REFUND BE MADE?
All refunds are made by cheque drawn on a UK bank account and dispatched by post, or via PAYPAL / NOCHEX online payment portal.

PAYMENTS
We do not accept payment by Credit Cards. However, you may pay by a debit card or cheque. Your order will be dispatched, upon receipt of the cheque, or payment by debit card. We discourage all Muslims from taking and using a Credit Card as it involves use of money which is not in existence, with the onus of paying back interest, if one delays payment of what is due back to the credit agency.
